Postpartum Doulas help a family make the transition a bit smoother. They offer physical, mental, psychological care for the families in the newborn period of time.
They specialize in newborn sleep, breastfeeding, caring for mom in the first 40 days, newborn care and integrating the family together. Postpartum doulas really focus on creating a safe and loving space for mom and baby to bond and heal together.
Postpartum doulas also help with basic tasks of tidying up and creating nourishing meals to keep families well fed in the first few weeks of life. Some other duties can include:
Sibling intergration and care with new baby
Errands/pet care
Postpartum mental health and wellness check ins
Nursery Organization

12 hours of postpartum doula support ( $150 retainer due at booking)
