This is the class is a combined workshop with Comfort Measures for labor. We will spend the morning talking about labor and practicing for your birth. Then after a lunch break we will learn all you need to knot to bring your baby home!

Topics include breastfeeding (3.5 hour video course included), newborn procedures, babywearing, safe sleep, postpartum topics, and baby comfort techniques to help you and your partner get off to a great start with your new baby.

Please note the comprehensive class encompasses all this material and more!

Workbook is included. Class time approximately 9 am- 4pm. All classes are held in a private studio in Erie, CO. Cost is $300/couple. Find next class here.
