Postpartum Meal Delivery February Menu

Do you know one of the best parts about hiring a postpartum doula- fresh, delicious, healthy meals. Nutrition is one of the biggest building blocks to recovery and proper breastmilk production.

For families who use a postpartum doula all meals are in included in service. We also offer meal delivery to families who are in a local delivery range and need the extra support in the kitchen. We focus on seasonal meals, organic ingredients, and body recovering nutrition. Here is a sample menu of what you can expect if you are scheduling meals or using postpartum hours in February.

All meals are dairy and gluten free and can be adjusted to meet dietary or nutritional requirements.

Meal 1: Postpartum Rice Porridge (should be eaten within the first 3-4 days of birth), Traditional Chicken Curry and rice

Frozen: Lasagna with Nutritional Yeast Green Beans

Meal 2: Organic Bone Broth and Minestrone Soup (can be made gluten or gluten free)

Frozen: Bean-less Beef Chili loaded with veggies and cornbread

Meal 3: Lactation Bites and Lentil Stew (can be made with Chickpeas instead of lentils if preferred) with Rice

Frozen: Beef Stew with potatoes and hearty carrots

Meal 4: Spinach Banana Muffins and Whole Rotisserie Chicken (use for bone broth after the meal) with hearty roasted vegetables and sweet potato

Frozen: Chicken Taco Bake (uses corn tortillas)
