Today I am breaking away from labor and birth to bring you one of my new favorite EASY healthy dinner ideas.
As a working mom, with two small kids I am all about healthy, easy, and delicious. This dinner idea simply couldn’t be easier! We mostly eat paleo in our home with a few simple carbohydrates. My kiddos love veggies and this is a great way to get them to try something new.
Asparagus Chicken with Sweet Potatoes
2 lb of chicken breast
1 lb. of asparagus
3-4 sweet potatoes
Enjoy! See SO simple! You can also serve some rice or quinoa on the side if you desire.
